After studying painting at UCSC and illustration at CCAC, I had a few artist friends, and we got a space in Pacific Grove. The three spirits gallery was born from a desire to nurture art for arts sake (and support the artist's growth and community). This grew from a little community gallery to a music, film and arts venue. Somehow we managed to get Michael Nesmith's former sound stage warehouse in Sand City and just rode the wave!

In 1997 the three spirits art center became a non profit offering art classes to the community as well as creating the three spirits circus tour and the Monterey Rock & Art Festival. I found myself playing drums and producing music and art and events with a tribe of artists!

I have recorded original music with several bands, including 420 Express and The Amazon Mollies
